The Method

Fill the 300 ml tank with lukewarm water the UV-C system has already treated what was sitting in it.
Start on SOFT, level 1. Work upward over a week. JET is earned, not a starting point.

Q: What's the difference between the 4 modes?

CLEAN is the everyday mode, consistent pressure, full coverage. SOFT runs at reduced intensity for sensitive gums or post-dental work. PULSE delivers rhythmic bursts that stimulate gum tissue and circulation. JET is a sustained, precise high-pressure stream for targeting specific problem areas or cleaning around orthodontic hardware. All four run across 5 intensity levels.

Q: How do I know when the UV sterilisation is done?

UV sterilisation runs automatically for 10 minutes after the device is used. You don't activate it manually. After 10 minutes it switches off. Use the device, put it down, continue your morning. It handles itself.

Q: Is 10-110 PSI pressure safe for gums?

At lower intensity settings, pressure is well within the safe range for daily gum contact. Start at level 1 or 2. Work up as your gums adjust. If you experience persistent sensitivity, stay on SOFT mode and consult your dentist. The full range exists so you control the pressure not the other way around.

Q: Can I use it if I have braces, implants, or veneers?

Q: Do I need to replace the nozzles?

Q: This is Step One. Does order really matter?

Yes. Flushing debris from between teeth before tongue scraping and brushing means subsequent steps work on a cleaner surface. Brushing after irrigating means toothpaste contacts teeth, not residue. Scraping after irrigating clears whatever water dislodged onto the tongue. The order is a system. Systems work better than individual steps done in the wrong sequence.

Q: How do I clean the water tank?

Detach the tank. Rinse with clean water after each use. For a deeper clean, run a diluted solution of water and white vinegar through the tank monthly. Do not use bleach or harsh chemical cleaners inside the tank.
