Refund Policy

Once your return arrives at our US warehouse and is inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order — it is faster for you than any exchange system we could build.
